Starting Round 5 today.

2-0 so far

3-0, with another looking to be mine to lose, and another still in the early stages.

IcePack will be managing the rest of Round 5.

I can't remember if I have said this before, I really like this tournament. The protion/ relegation means you are generally matched with players of the same skill level and with random maps, its not won by someone with a bizarre home map, and with so many random games a players luck tends to even out accross the same tournament.
Great stuff.

I was pissed at my showing in the 2nd league, getting demoted again to the slush. I came back with a vengeance, going 5-0 in the first 5. These next 5 look to be tougher, but I will hopefully come out 8-2 through the first 10. Too early to make any solid predictions though.

for sure gonna end up with at least 2 losses and 2 wins, so 7-2 for now, this last game is probably gonna be a loss as well, but who knows

The last of Round 5 Games should be out today.

I got an invite to a four-player game. This was supposed to be a 1v1 tournament. Tiebreakers are supposed to be 1v1 according to the rules.
Can you please set up 1v1 tiebreakers?

Tiebreakers are not 1v1 games if multiple people are tied. Sorry for the confusion. From the first post:

Any ties during the demotion & promotion stages will be settled by a face off game (random).

The four player game is correct.

"face off" means multi-player?

If the tie is between 2 it's 1 vs 1. If its 3 players it's 3, 4 it's 4 etc.
We've used this method since the start.

Started some round 6 games today. Slush League will have to wait to start until the tiebreaker is over with.

Trying to wait for this to finish. Last check the tiebreaker was in Round 9. However, I may start a few more Icey League and Frost League games shortly and Slush can play catch up a little bit.

Tiebreaker finally finished started many games.

Yes. There are also the two GA Medals. One for winning the most games in the whole tournament and another for beating the most unique opponents.
