Well, I honestly didnt think I was important at all, and then you have posted three times in here, and when I saw that, I realized I must be the most important person in the whole wide CC world to get that kind of attention.

In any case, 3 weeks is a long time. The time frame was added when I made my decision. No one, on CC is required to post in here or read it. I have made some friends though over my almost four years in here, and its been fun trading some pleasantries, and some one liners with them. I also wasnt about to walk out of the many games I had going and the commitments in other games as well, though as of now that number is cut in half, and I expect it to half again very soon.

I completely, humbly, and sincerely appreciate your concern though. Im filled with glee with all the people like you who have stopped in to wish me off. Especially the ones like you who I don't even know in any small way whatsoever.

Manipulated random is all I have to say. I got near 2900 again a couple days ago and CC random came and ass raped me again. Every fucking time. Random my ass.

I am 100% with you on this.

The dice have been far worse (streakier) the last while and it makes playing games almost impossible to enjoy. When I first joined the site maybe 3 years ago approx. the dice were hard to get used to but they weren't as streaky. You could handle the random because thats what they were supposed to do.

Now they are just insane. I said for a while that I'm walking too ... and this time I do mean it. Just hanging around because my opponents deserve it. This site has seen their last dime from me. It's too bad too, because in a funny way, SO MANY things HAVE improved .... yet the one critical thing has got worse ... and more and more people are noticing it!

I agree the dice are different, and difficult, especially when in the low troop numbers, but I don't know if they are not random. I have learned to play with the new consequences -- caution in the low ranges -- at least 2 to 1 advance on slaughter attack.

2 to 1 isn't even enough many times. I understand random, and I know its hard to just take one piece out of a large set and present it but today alone, and I've only played about 4-5 games .. I have lost 20v5, 15v5, and 17v2. This used to happen on a scale and frequency you'd 'expect' from random, NOW it just happens FREQUENTLY. I'm so done with it. I tried taking a break .... on advice from some CC friends, and came back to the same thing.

This site USED TO BE BETTER ... and lots of people agree. I've respected Fitz for a long time, and the fact that HE is writing this and taking the time to say it should wake some others up.

Im leaving because Im leaving. Its true the discussion about the dice started the ball rolling, but its far past that. 10-10-10 will be the first day in over 4 years I havent logged onto this site if not earlier by a bit. I have no idea if its a record, but I suspect it is, or at least one held by very, very few.

In any case, the dice are the dice. They are different, but I cant honestly say they are random or not, except that the number lost to singles now is virtually unbelievable. Before the change, I didnt enjoy the bad rolls, but I never saw anything to make me think they werent random. It is a great site, and getting better every day, and Im sorry to leave it. But I really need a break from it, and no doubt am long past due.

I agree with almost everything you wrote, Fitz. I don't know you very well, but you're one of several long-time players who have succumbed to the STDice, several of whom are my CC buds, and it just kinda sucks to watch it happen. I'll have my people contact Flava Flav to spill some champagne for you.

yep this morning is the final straw for gannable.
more horrible dice for me, been going on for the past 2 weeks. three games that begin in the past couple days are over for my team in the 1st round because of bad dice. gannable has had enough.

gannable didn't have more than 10 active games from about march to 3rd week of august. gannable didnt mind CC during that span so gannable decided to play some more games like gannable used to do.

im up to 34 active and the dice in a majority of them are totally screwing me over. as gannable said, we go up to 2600 pts then the dice slaughter begins for a month.
gannable is tired of it, gannable will stick around but it will not be premium. gannable will not play more than 5 active games from now on.

gannable may only play unlimited on certain large maps in team settings. that's one of the few settings where you can overcome the garbage dice on this website assuming your opponent has a weaker strategy. aafitz knows what gannable is talking about here.
