I hate you Tommy, I couldn't even find it on google.
Alright, to repeat, the two quotes so far are:
"As a representative of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, I order you to withdraw or I will be forced to shoot you between the eyes with a large bullet."
"You're gonna love the Caymans, they got lobsters out there the size of a child or a small woman."

Nope, much older than that.
Third quote, after this I give hints:
A: One joint? What kind of dealer are you?
B: Dealer? I'm a taxi driver, mon.

Hint #2: The plot revolves around a former fireman's attempts to help a club owner revamp him failing resort in the caribbean, fight against the island's corrupt government, and deal with difficult guests in a crazy, semi-madcap comedy.

I looked it up...it got under a 5 on imdb. Maybe we should stick to movies that are actually worth watching.

First off, this movie is fantastic! Screw IMDB and the morons who rated the movie so low.
The movie in question is Club Paradise.
New, easy quote:
"Though you may think you're having fun now...you only hurt the one you love. Think of mom and dad, what kind of lesson are you teaching them? And now, a word on nutrition..."
EDIT: I found the whole line, that may help.

Nope, second quote, a dialogue from early in the film:
A: We have only just begun, my flock. Soon, we will expand from city to city. The rich and the poor alike will know paradise for every moment of their lives! We'll offer our customers the opportunity to control every aspect of their emotional lives. Here, with the White Noise, Black Thunder, Red Ramrod, and Blue Velvet...
[He looks around briefly]
A: Frank! Blue Velvet!
Frank: Here, I think its ready Sir.
A: Thank you Frank.
[A takes a dose of the blue liquid, coughs once, and starts to chatter his teeth]
A: R-ray! Th' benzadrine's got my teeth wiggling...c-cut it with sc-scopalamine. F-five mil per.
Ray: Yes sir.
[A recovers and straightens up]
B: Made in America.
A: Yeah, we're gonna make that mean something again.

Bump with a hint, because I can't remember any other quotes:
It's a sequel. It does star the original actor as the title role.

I'll give it to you, since the movie I'm quoting is Robocop 2.
Your go.
