I've still got Boston College in there
Hey, that's what March Madness is all about, and now I'm wishing I had gone with my gut and picked Wichita State out of the West...how about that Missouri Valley...
I will send out the Elite 8 update sometime tonight. I'm hoping to get the tourney's wrapped up by the weekend, as I've got to leave for two weeks (work) and won't be around for CC.
Nice job on the quick play so far everyone.

Way to set a classy example, amazzony.
Thanks for all the hard work on this tournament, flex. It has been a good time for sure.
you got two spots one in nit and one in ncaa one of them should of been mine

just to clear this whole thing up...I jumped the gun a bit on the NIT thing because it appeared that Charles77 was 1 or 2 rounds away from closing out a victory and I wanted the brackets as complete as possible when I announced them on Monday.
After that, Charles went on vacation and lost his ACC tourney on missed turns, as a result I opted not to remake the NIT bracket and just go with what we had.
For future notice, if you plan to be away for an extended period pm me and I'll work something out.
I'm not even sure who Assasin is since this is the first I've seen of him...not sure what his claim is all about.

I see no reason to "go mad" when losing. It was a great game and it's a bit of luck, a bit of skill and I was just over-played this time. And I can't imagine that after a volleyball (in RL I'm more towards volley than basketball) I go yelling and screaming that that the ball was sooo round and all the opponents are f****** and idiots because they had more luck and in in/out situations the ball always dropped to the wrong part of the line
Anyway, I've said it already but flex, very well ran tournament! It's definitely one of the best tournaments I've ever played (and I'm not just saying it, I play in many many tournaments).
Good luck to elite 8. May the best team with most skilled players win
Cheers,
amazzony

Auburn breaks into the Final 4 through a tough game with N.C. State shattering another slipper.
Was a great game by Cancer Merchant, but 2 rainbow sets in 7 cards left me with a 24 bonus from cards to his red + green set of 10. Hard to overcome that kind of bonus with pretty equal dice and a fair drop.
Thanks, to Cancer Merchant for being a great sport and having a great season. Love to see you this deep again next year!

Hopefully, I'll get a new update out tonight...photobucket is a mess...I can only upload images in the middle of the night. Uggh.
Congrats to Rumondo...all Final Four games will be set once all four teams are at that point.

Rumondo and his Tigers took my plucky Wolpack team to the cleaners and dispatched me efficiently and skillfully. Congratulations to Rumondo making it to The Final Four.

The #7 seeded Longhorns are still wearing the slipper of Cinderella as they avenge an early season loss to #1 seed Boston College. They used an early onslaught of 3's(great dice) to put BC in a hole early. The Texas squad defeated the top 3 seeds in the Northeast bracket to make the final 4.
GG Gold Knight - crazy dice for me - really thought it would go against me eventually just never did - I will make sure you get your waffle fries though....lol

What?! No!! So now I have no chance of redeeming myself for my
3 losses to GoldKnight! He was the Ohio State to my Michigan. I just couldn't beat him.
Congrats on a great season BC!

Tough game, set up in the beginning in my favor until i lost like 6 places in one turn in unbelievable fashion. But take no credit from Texas, played a fine game and took advantage of the advantages he had, really put on the full court press when he took control.
Cant wait until next season, maybe Ill be put in the ACC like the real Boston College.
Dont worry UConn, remember, gotta rep the Big East for me, just do what I did to you

Yes, I'm hoping to replicate the conference accurately next season and will build up a bigger reserves list before we get started. So BC will be taking on their ACC rivals in '08...sorry Mackinest...perhaps I'll let you two have a nonleague showdown to continue your onesided rivalry

Forgive me MostMackinest...I read the bracket wrong...Missouri State is on the verge of reaching the Elite Eight...UConn could still eliminate the last No. 1 seed before the Final Four. The Tournament Times regrets the error.

Man, I hate typing retractions.

It appears that my run is just about over. There was a terrible swing in the game. Stupid Mixed Set vs Red Set.
