They've actually stripped us of our powers to bust any non-Nod multis, so they are running amok now :)

From what data I can see, it is looking like the majority in the last few days have been new sign ups. Sign ups however do not directly relate to increased members on the scoreboard as they actually have to play a game. I can not see the data on old members returning.
