Your door, the unused one, had a section of ceiling that crashed down. However, the patients were on the other side of the hospital from the offices, and their door worked.

So...

The epileptic starts having a seizure. You rush into the burning building to grab the nearby medical supplies. You dash into the storage room. Just then, a creeping noise... you look up.
