GONE FOR WEEKEND!

I'll be having another long working weekend from June 18 until June 24/25. I won't be updating tournaments, sending reminders etc and I will also not read my PMs. If there's something REALLY important then put [emergency] to message title and then [player]simor[/player] will read it and if possible, help.
Cheers,
amazzony

Refresh your browser if you can't see updated "scoreboard" on page 1Step 3. Game 5 has ended and we have out second finalist. Congrats to tstoweschnell for reaching to finals!
I'm keeping an eye on rest of the games and if there's no action and moving then I'll set a number of rounds and after there's that deadline the game is still active, we'll use the help of BOB to determine who is the winner of the game.

I've decided that right now I won't set any time limit and let the games go on until there's a winner. If by any chances games tend to go to 200+ rounds then I will most likely step in because I really don't want this tournament to go on forever

I'm sorry that I haven't updated the tournament for awhile nor paid a lot of attention to it. My bf is visiting me plus add busy working days and I just haven't found time to deal with tournaments, I hardly have time to play my games. I do not know when next update will take place but I will try to start updating my tournaments in the near future and hopefully all of them will get back track during this week. Please try to be patient and don't get mad at me
If you are a freemium member keeping your spots for the tournament then for now you don't have to do it.
Hoping for understanding,
amazzony

Ours shows no sign of slowing. Each turn is taking 2-3 days so in about 1-1.5 years we will reach the 200 turn plateau.

Ditto
Game 2483131. Two of us ever so slightly out in front, but if we have a turn limit, this will affect things quite a bit as to strategy. We are in round 42 and 200 will roll right around in a couple of months... The problem here is the winner-take-all advancement. If you take two from each game, you'd open up more possibilities for strategic alliances, rather than stalemate. Please consider that before you start relying on things like BoB. It's not exactly fair to the two teams that already played, so there's your dilemma... but I don't think you'll get any complaints from the last eliminated player who gets resurrected...

I've decided that if game reaches round 100 and there's no clear winner or no signs of ending soon then the game will be replaced with a very similar game with one exception - cards will be escalating. All other settings stay the same and winner of that game will advance to next round (to finals in this case). Also, all players who are eliminated before round 100 will not get to the "take 2 game". If there are players eliminated the other game will be smaller by the number of players eliminated.
This is the solution that I like and will use when needed. To make it clear, in that case only the games are still active then will be replayed. All finished games will keep their results and will not be replayed.

Game 2483132 is in round 48 and there seems to be a leader of the game but no hope that it will end soon (but round 100 is far away so anything can happen).
Game 2483130 is in round 59 and shows no signs of ending soon.
Game 2483131 is an interesting one. anamainiacks eliminated Erland and only 1 round later, Lufsen75 eliminated anamainiacks. There's 3 people left, with almost equal troops but right now, Lufsen has quite a nice bonus that really isn't defended very well. At least things are moving and there's a hope that before round 100 there's a clear winner. Right now they are in round 65.

well i'd rather have a game that progresses than a game where nobody does anything XD so just made my move, regardless of getting eliminated. kinda relieved i'm out actually

thanks for hosting anyways

I completely understand you. Mostly in games that stand still I make a move even if I happen to lose but it's better than sitting for years in one game
It's been a pleasure to run it (even if it takes quite some time). Thanks for playing!

Game 2483132 has had its first loss. In round 56, Natewolfman eliminated him. Game is in round 57 right now.
Other 2 games are moving slowly with tiny tiny progress.

Refresh your browser if you can't see updated scoreboard on page 1
Game 2483132 seems to end before round 100. 40 rounds to go
Game 2483131 has still 3 players left and there's 19 rounds before round 100. There does not seem to have a clear winner.
Game 2483130 is in round 66 and it seems that in the next 34 rounds there won't be a clear winner but we'll see.
Just a reminder - when game reaches round 100 and there isn't a clear winner then the game will not matter in the tourney and a new game with escalating cards will be made.

It's going to be close in my game....
Game 2483131. Nine rounds to get them both out (and not overplay my hand)...
