Is it possible to slow down the speed of the tournament? As it is now it is just alot of games with No exitement about Who we Are up against. Is it the Game for promotion, relegation or something Else.

In my opinion, it's the best tournament ever, give a nod to the organiser/s, they put in a tremendous effort for our benefit.

Hey Craig,
If I understand well, there will be a ranking at the end of this round to put players in a new stand chart right ?(European premier league, euro championship, euro division 1, 2 etc.). Then, 10 seasons will be played and European Super League champion will be the one winning the most time the European premier league right ?
Questions: how come a team put in the 14th division climbs up to the european premier league in 10 seasons ? It's a bit unfair that this first pre-season will then determine your ranking for the rest of the competition. For exemple: I am having a really bad start (I feel really unlucky but it seams I am also a bad player regarding the result). I will then be put in a lower division. What can I expect then if I cannot reach back the eauropean premier league because there is not enought season to do so ? What are the credit for a team that succeeded the pre-season (then put in the european premier league), win twice the european premier league and is then claimed european super league champion (if no-one do better) instead of a team climbing 9 times up but without reaching the european premier league ?

Answer to this is in the 1st Post. Opening Round results determines your starting League.
Highest scoring players start in PL, next 8 in Championship, etc

Hi Fersum
It is a lot of games but there is a simple way to follow it. It is 7 Matchups consisting of 2 games against each player. 3 points for 2-0, 1 point for 1-1. As players typically take turns in order, the potential outcome of each match should be easy to follow in your games page as the 2 games will be next to each other.
Combine this with the Score updates and League Updates and it should give you a good idea of your League position and what it means. Updates havn't been as often or as detailed as I would like on this Tournament due to Excel issues. That'll soon be resolved and you'll have information over load.

In top of this Mish, each season2 get promoted.
So even if someone started as low as Div 9 they could win the Premier League.
I could update number of seasons to incorporate even the lowest Leagues, but this Tournament is about the Leagues. There will be plenty of Kudos for those winning Leagues and getting promotions to rise through the ranks.

You need to read the first bit in the thread. Basically, the first round of games is setting out the leagues for round two which is the actual start (so round one) of the the leagues. So anyone, regardless of rank could start in the top league. It's dependent on the results in the first round of matches that are currently being played. You're total points determine which league you'll be in. So yes if you're on a low rank you'll be playing higher ranks in the initial round of games, but this has to start somewhere. It's far fairer than just ranking from the start as one on one games have proved already that lower rank players are biting everyone's ankles and rising to the top.

Thanks, that makes sense per the tourney rules, but it its based on 1st round wins, then its not based on points? that's what is confusing...

Opening Round sets starting League. Then, you will be broadly playing players who ended up on similar POINTS to you in the opening Round. So again broadly, you will be playing simlar ranks. But saying that, there have been lots of upsets!

This isn't Round 1, its the Opening Round to set your starting position in Round 1! Or Season 1. So what I said is correct.
In this Round, the Opening Round, here are the seedings per division. Divisions were accurate but seedings from 76 down have then got messes up when formulating a complicated spreadheet. Serreski is sorting that now. This table isn't the best but I can't put Excel on here:

Is this 1st round solely based on points? Or does your position in your league matter? For example if I win my league with 12 points, but there is someone else who finishes 2nd in their league with 14 points who would finish higher?

3 points for winning both games against opponent, and 1 for splitting, so I think 10 is correct.

Spanish Armanda with adjacent forts will make it the longest-lasting game in each round. My Spanish Armanda game will probably take twice as long as the next longest game.

It's a great tournament, but I agree, I'd enjoy it more if I had a better feel for the game play. Right now, I just feel like I'm trying to slug through a giant log of maps.
