Although I do have this game, answering this question either requires me loading up said game, or reading said game's manual. Both options require effort to find said game's case which is probably hidden somewhere under numerous other games.

The game was Zero Wing, which was originally for arcade, but was ported to PC and Sega Mega drive later, and was made in Japan, hence the crappy english.
