I know that RL always had troubles with keeping up with the schedule, but seems to me that this year this has gone over the top. I can't remember when we had a round that actually started on time, this poses great strain on me to use the teams as I wanted.

It's been 12 days now. Round 11 should have started by now. Round 10 should definitely have had all games started as well. Neither is the case for both.
Everyone. Let's get this tardiness under control and start these rounds.

The CDs may have to sit down and discuss penalties, point deductions, or forfeits moving forward for the last few rounds for clans who do not post their games on time...
