I know that RL always had troubles with keeping up with the schedule, but seems to me that this year this has gone over the top. I can't remember when we had a round that actually started on time, this poses great strain on me to use the teams as I wanted.

It's been 12 days now. Round 11 should have started by now. Round 10 should definitely have had all games started as well. Neither is the case for both.
