what on earth's the point?

geo you have til around noon tomorrow central time to post why i shouldn't vote you. i highly suggest you do a role claim on why killing you would be bad for the town b/c as of now you sure aren't helping us with voting no lynch. same goes for you dr dr

last time i checked calling for a role claim was also considered a scum tactic

it means you can role claim but you can't quote from your pm as proof of your role claim.

As for who I am going to vote, I believe Dr. Dr reaks of scum more than Geographical however I'll vote geographical as it is better to not have a tie on who to lynch and end up with a no lynch

Role claiming for the sake of role claiming is scummy. Role claiming because your neck is on the line isn't. With no role claim,he is a goner for sure, but if he convinces people on why they shouldn't lynch him it would be worth it to the town to know he is important even if he is a knucklehead.

hold on guys we are 3 now from lynch, lets see if he has an important role claim under his belt before we tie the noose round his neck

It's my second game too, but still..

This is my third, playing Spin's Newbie and Overlord's (which is on hold) but still, ya gotta be able to figure out some basic scum moves (like no-lynch on the first day, which got me in trouble in the Newbie too). And you didn't convince anyone not to vote you with that post.

Everyone says they are trying to preserve townies! What, do you think the mafia is just going to claim that on day one, and say "I'm trying to kill townies, who's with me?!" No, everyone is trying to lynch 'mafia', and save the town.

How can you be so sure that Geo is a townie? No-one knows who anyone is apart from the mafia who know who is town and who is mafia. That way if geo comes out town you can suddenly claim the moral high ground and say I was right when you had inside information.

And Dr. Doctor, you must remember that even if we do vote off a townie today, it helps the town in the long run. The longer the game goes, the more history there is in the log, to check previous voting habits in-game, see who's protecting who, and who's a little too eager to lynch who. So, even if we do vote you off (and I'm sticking with my vote on Geo) it'll show us something, first, what you really are, second, who's who down the road. Understand?

I'm kinda amused that people are voting for Dr. Dr instead of Geo because of Geo's perceived noobishness (which is kinda true, a no lynch on day 1? gotta set up the paper trail buddy, vote anybody) while Dr. Dr. has somewhere around 20 posts.
