here's the latest update.. I did a complete color overhaul and applied some texture...
As for playability I made the middle continents slightly easier to capture and hold.
thoughts?

HUGE map!
When will you add some barriers? Because those brown and green continents are impossible!

For now I'm keeping the map the size it is.. it will be shortened before being put to the site if I get that far.. which at this pace will be never...
I assume your vote is for aude's font.

I think Meuse is very Francois-esque.
Children, this is what happens to hockey players, druggies, and Hillary Clinton.
Rope. Tree. Hillary. Some assembly required.

Oh ur going to only have one font... I thought u were going to have a different font in each continent and was asking us which we thought were appropriate.
Edit: and yes i choose aude's font

Meuse is a bit much for all of the countries, but Aude is a bit plain.
I'd say Marne, or pais de Calais.
Pais de Calais looks cooler, so i'd go w/ that

I love the color of the background, but France is not landlocked. The green would be good for the land area, then draw in the water...

Absolutely. One of the best tongue-in-cheek map expressions since Uranus and KoolBak hit Space.

There isn't anything btween the borders (walls? rivers? mountains?) which makes all the continents unwieldy and vunerable.
