Luckily the golden chanterelles grow wild up where we go dirtbiking / shooting / 4 wheeling....picked about 50 pounds last year - even went out and got a pressure cooker so I could can em.......AWESOME in spagetti, lasagna, etc.......ya know that's one of the few mushrooms that cannot be grown commercially?? Y'all will sleep better tonite knowing that!!
