Newbies should be required to post an email address in their profile so that they can be reminded that they joined a game and that everyone is waiting for them to take their turn!
Just PMing doesnt work if they never log on.
Or even better, if you are a newbie and you deadbeat 1 round, thats it, your out of that game.

Open to far to much abuse and they'd be forced to give away personal information to anybody on this site, which is unacceptable. How about just an automated email instead?

Why not just have anyone who deadbeats in the first round of a game kicked out. That would really eliminate a lot of the annoying newbies without hitting regulars hard, I think.
