Fonzi23 [busted]
This idiot has joined multiple doubles games where his sole tactic is to attack and eliminate his own partners. Not cheating, strictly speaking, but a real pain in the arse for anyone involved.
Suggest adding to 'Ignore' list and dropping any games he joins.

Hiya - it would appear that fonzi23 is back in business. He's currently screwing up a doubles game for me right now. Any word on how long it will take to remove this idiot from CC?
Sorry to be a whinger...

That game was started before he was busted. There isn't much you can do about it, unfortunately

By letting him continue you are risking losing honest membersa dn putting off potential Premium members. Why pay to be faced with this sort of nonsense?
If you think somebody attacking teammates would screw up a game, imagine how much a player suddenly disappearing from a game would screw up the whole system? He can't join new games, but he is allowed to finish the ones he is currently in.

But he joined most of those new games at the same time, knowing he was going to be nailed. If he is not attacking team mates he has announced he has only joined the games to deadbeat. At least if he is kicked out, his armies/territories could go back to his hapless team mates who could have a chance to play out the game.
I understand your principles but this is an extreme case and I think your decision is the wrong one. He is laughing at you and everybody else here.

You do have a point. The only option at this point, I think, is to delete the games. But the tends to mess up the system...

Look, he just sent me this in game chat:
Hey GTG, check out my new strategy. What I do is I look for games awaiting players who don't have premium membership and join them. Then, once they start, I promptly start deadbeating. An example is game number 1475880
Now, that's really going to help boost your membership!!

Hey man, it's not my site, I don't decide who it's run. If you like, you can push for the games to be deleted, but I'm certainly not because I A. Don't play team games and B. Don't care about deadbeats.

I am pretty sure that fonzi23 is a double account user (Thrilla45). I just finished a game with him (#1458090).

I find it ludicrous that a player who is known to deliberately go out of his way to ruin a game can still be allowed to play on CC. This has been going on for ages yet he still joins games. He is now in the process of attacking me, his partner, in this game....

Why can't the powers-that-be simply delete his account or restrict him from joining team games. Is that not a possibility?
This idiot has really soured my enjoyment of this otherwise excellent site.

It's because you can't read the thread first. That game started before he was busted.
