indeed...I dated a guy who was dedicated entirely to the Cowboys...and...ANYTHING Texas, for that matter...he enjoyed Texas beating USC this year...the relationship didn't last as I am devoted to the Broncos, and we beat the 'boys on Thanksgiving in an awesome game this year....thank God for that 60-some-odd yard run in overtime...and also for a true fieldgoal kicker...Elam is about as true as they come.

Aldershot Town F.C. Mid-Table English Conference. They beat Kidderminster 4-1, but have done little else this season.

Dude I'm and American and I agree that American football, which consits mainkl of overweight men bumping into each other, gets totally owned by the true football.

I got to say that AM football is cooler than Soccer, but I still think of Soccer as Football and AM Football as Men-In-Armour-Bumbing-Into-Each-Other-While-Trying-To-Get-The-Ball-To-The-Other-Side

Yeah, what sort of football is that where the idea is to carry the ball in your hands most of the time. I'd say American football would be better of called as handball.

As much as I don't like to play, or even watch soccer, I have to admit that it takes more skill than American Football, I mean running and constantly kicking a ball with little stoppage in play to rest. It takes crazy endurance. The whole stoppage in play thing is huge for me though. Which is why I don't like American Football and Baseball.

I'd really have no problems with American Football if they had thought up their own name instead of stealing the name of another sport which has absolutely nothing to do with it... at all, in any possible way.

They could have at least called it American Rugby. . .
