Could someone let me see the .psd of ur map?

I won't take it or anything, I just want to experimeant because im a noob at Photo Shop Elemenets

You can find all the PSD's for Widowmaker's maps here (scroll down a bit), maybe you can get something out of those. Part of the maps are Adobe Illustrator files, though, so it might not be too helpful if you don't have Illustrator.
Here you can download the file for the Soviet Union map I'm working on (tell me if it doesn't work: I've only used sendspace once before). You probably should be able to sift through all the layers I've got (beware: it's a huge file).
One more note, I'm not sure how compatible Photoshop CS files are w/ Photoshop Elements, I guess you'll just have to try it out.
