Help with free month for referral

A friend of mine referred me to this site and I purchased a 1 year membership. It's been a few days and he has not received his month of premium access.

Is there a delay for this or do I need to contact someone specifically?

Did you enter the site through his specific URL or did he just tell you about it?

I entered the site through his Referral link altho I don't have it handy ATM...
