Tell you what, go run a 720 man tournament and see what happens. I'm taking care of it. I just sent PMs to replacement players and to have players move to different games to get things rolling. Don't worry, just hang tight, it is a delicate process.
Due to the fact that this is one of the largest tournaments in CC history with 4 Divisions of 180 players each for a grand total of 720 players there is bound to be a problem with no-shows and drop-outs. To counteract this problem, Gozar and I are already in touch with replacement players for those who have not arrived, as well as with current players to move them to some different game numbers to get the games moving. Please be patient, we are almost done fixing everything, I promise.
Also, all players should know that there will more than likely be a mixture of 4-player and 3-player games in the Second Round of the tournament due to the lack of players showing up on time. We are finding as many reserves as we can through clan recruitments, extra threads, and in-game announcements, but as of FRIDAY we will just be moving forward and continuing with whoever we have.

I have just updated the Game Listings with the new players in each game after moving some folks around. Almost everyone who has joined a game is now active in their games rather than waiting.
We still have plenty of open slots available for this Division due to drop-outs and no-shows. If you would like to join, I need three people at a time, otherwise I can't fill a game.
I have also posted the game listings for the Second Round, but they have no game numbers yet. As soon as we have enough winners I will create the first game and then do so individually down the list.
We have had enough players finish their first round games to make one second round game. The first four players to finish were included in that game and have been sent a PM.
If you have finished your game, but did not get a PM it is because I dont have enough players for your next game yet, but just sit tight and keep that spot open because I will soon.

Alright, my apologies for the delay in those new second round games, I had a pile of Tournament Director projects to work through over the weekend. I've got them for you now though.
I have sent PMs to all relevant players that have finished their first round games telling them the game numbers for the second round games. Join up as quick as you can and have fun with the battles.
Game listings have been updated for the first round and second round. Almost everyone has a second round game so far, but there are a couple of you waiting for one or two more games to finish so that we will have enough players.
Please keep your slots open so that when the time does come you will be able to join the game right away.
I have updated my records and there were several more first round winners so I made up a couple of second round games today and sent the PMs to the players that needed to be in them. Please join those games as soon as you can.
