Army Deployment

Right now you have Random Countries with Even Armies.

I play Lux and I would like the same army allocation options:

1) Random Countries / Even Armies
2) Random Countries / Placed Armies
3) Random Countries / Random Armies
4) Selected Countries / Even Armies
5) Selected Countries / Placed Armies
6) Selected Countries / Random Armies

At the very least Random Countries / Random Armies
