Ghawdex (or Gozo in English) is the second largest island in the Maltese archipelago.

The Maltese name is derived from the Latin 'Gaudos'.

(No XML Yet - Just graphicical armies for visual reference)
Image

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is what I came up with for the small map. I had to re-arrange some of the circles / names so they would fit. I also had reduce the text size of the names, and make them regular (not bold). Otherwise, there is no way they could fit.

I think there was a small map already, but the image has been lost, and I had nothing to reference. So here it is...

I also adjusted the Title a bit so the small text was readable. If you would prefer the bevel added back, I can.

I've got XML for you - drop me a PM with your email address - it may need tweaking for the new small map!?

Sorry I'm so late coming into this....I've never been able to see the images on the first page.

I think the Port il-Kbir continent with it's +1 bonus for the capital is too easy to hold.....2 territories? Orange right next to it has to fortify 4 teritories & gets a lessor bonus.....

Not necessairly - the old XML was written on the old small map...

The new small map might be a different size...

Hehe. Thanks for the Christmas gift Cairns. This map has become an international project with people from Malta, the UK, US and Australia working on it. :)
