Game # 9 for the Cornhuskers has been won which boost my record to 4-5. Changed I never really even thought about it being 10 games even though only 9 had finished.

I'll send out pms tonight for players that have yet to join...I assume it's just the holiday weekend that may be slowing things down a bit.

Clemson's four-game losing streak, a combination of bad luck and mediocre strategy, finally comes to a halt in league play against Wake Forest.

Applying a fast-break style, the Tigers outran the Deacons and put the game away early. Next on the horizon is Air Force, and their Princeton-style offense may prove troublesome...

And on the heels of their first win in weeks, Clemson strikes again!

Winning a 2v1 to hold Europe, I think, is the CC equivalent of a crosscourt buzzerbeater. HIBACHI!

We need to get Hawaii into the BCS, but don't get me started with the fraud that is Division I football...do yourselves all a favor and check out the championship division (I-AA) quarterfinals this week on ESPN/ESPN2...how hard is it to form a 16-team bracket...(oops, I guess I got myself started, I'll stop now)

New games, standings and rankings to come Wednesday morning or afternoon depending what part of the world you are in :D

It's time to end my Beavers' three-game slide.

Top-10 poll released

Post by flexmaster33 »

Here's this week's top-10...more details on the blogspot site...I'll put conference previews on tonight.

1. Arizona (9-1)
2. Auburn (8-2)
3. USC (8-2)
4. Michigan (8-2)
5. UCLA (8-2)
6. North Carolina (7-3)
7. Baylor (7-3)
8. Boston College (7-3)
9. Duke (6-3)
10. Virginia Tech (6-3)

Also, yes Colorado has 2 games this week...we now have 71 teams in the league, so with an odd number I'm giving one team two games in each set instead of making someone sit out on a bye week. Colorado was added late, so I'm letting them catch up a bit for now.
