there's an easy way to solve that:

carve your name into a bullet. if you own the bullet with your name on it chances are you will never get hit by it

After court had been dismissed for the day the jury went their seperate ways. Whilst boarding a bus Fircoal felt something stab him in the back. When he sat down he felt it again. He felt around and there was was a note. Whilst reading the note he was shot in the face. His brain was found and mistaken for a peanut and promptly eaten
