you have to put the picture between tags not the site where the pic is on,

how to see if it is the picture:
it always end with one of those: .jpg, .gif, .psd, .bmp, .png (i might have missed some)
sometime when it ends with that it still doesn't work, because there is in the link a question mark, wich means it is still a page and not a picture

how to get the picture
right click on the picture and say "open in a new window" or something like that, then copy the adress balk and voilà
if you get an error or it doesn't load, then you have to do this:
make a copy of your screen by pressing on the print screen button (don't worry you will not print anything, you will just make a copy of your window)
if you have a mac (as i do) you need to press option+3 or option+4 (thats for selecting what you want to copy instead of your whole screen)
if you have a mac the picture will be on your desktop, i don't know where it will be on a windows i think on your desktop or in the map "my files" or something
