Rogue State Callout from LoD (LoD ready)

Rahm, where this was left off was their leader had the games made, and i believe they all got started. however he didnt post the game numbers or anything. so i dont know if he has a list somewhere to make things easier or what.
their leader missed like 3 or 4 turns in his game, so i am not sure how often he is on or if he has been keeping track AT ALL
