It seems like you loaded the question pretty well, but the fact remains that playing people who cheat really ruins the fun of this game, and if reporting it will stop future players from having to go through it, it seems like the right thing to do.

jcalebmoore made a valuable point.
Reporting is one of the best ways for the moderators to look into something in order to assist and address the issue. Add to that, there are some people here who is always willing to help when you make a report.
If you just look away, that would not help the situation and most likely, even worsen it.

Anyway, this is not the right place for this poll of yours and I agree with their responses. And yeah, talking in CAPS isn't cool.
