The accounts would be banned, yes.
But one could continue to play if it was upgraded to premium.
That's how it should work anyway...

I dont know, maybe this policy should change... If a cheater have all his 5 accounts banned, he can create another 5 accounts. If you ban 4, will be easier to know when he is going to cheat again.

skanska may upgrade to premium to re-activate his account if that's what he wants to do.

Well... I won't say anything, but he got what he deserved. He lost all standing with me when he joined a game not intended for him on my team and drove us to ruin.
