Funny, I also found CC through wikipedia, just a few months after you. I think the site has been on there a few times and then deleted but it brought at least a few of us here!

End of the month I would assume, since we are voting for the game of the month.

One thing working for us is all the really really good games don't have many votes because they have enough publicity, so they have no reason to ask their players to vote.
