average goals scored: 2.25
average goals against: 0.5
shots on goal: 4.25
fouls committed: 9.5
cards (yellow or red) : 0.38

England 3-0 Russia
England 4-0 Estonia
Russia 1-3 England
England 3-0 Croatia.

We will qualify convincingly, then go on to win the european championships

Probably beating Italy/Germany in the final 3-0

from this you can see it will be a tight game with lots of fouls and few goals. on average there should be a foul break every 3-4 mins! the team who scores first will be in great advantage.

we score more and concede more, which could make it a high scoring game, maybe 3-2 or 4-3

don't see any logic in that. but football is a game like any other and the ball is round therefore unexpected could happen.

We are not talking about Dream team , we are talking about england with Mclaren as manager...disaster, if they win like this everyone with this high scores and defeat italy or germany in next 10 years like that i will stop watching the football, that's what is your chance, and to stop watching football is not in mine plan :lol:

First of all, the first part of this is still in doubt, as you are not in yet.

2nd of all, you guys played germany very recently. i doubt it was a dominant game for the english. if im not mistaken, they lost at webley?

i also think england have been hit with some bad luck, after stupidly putting ourselves in a bad position for qualifying, when we had our full first team out, we mucked up big time. Now when we need them most, all the big players are injured, although it was to be predictable, what with the premiership starting and all

Yes you didnt have luck, but i think that your first team suxx, and this one which played against Israel is your real first team, not with lampard , rooney.... owen and heskey have great teamwork ( they played together many games in liverpool and england before) , so why mclaren push rooney, he is great player but not the type who scores bags of goals, he is explosive striker, one game he is the best, one game he is the worst... you never know....

gareth barry and steven gerrard should play together in the middle or gerrard and hargreaves, not lampard, lampard or gerrard someone must go out, but gerrard is definetly better one, so lampard should stay put out, joe cole is definetly the one who makes difference on the left wing, and defense should be like this , i looked almost every game of enfgland and i think these two should be good co-operatives, terry and m. richards, but, there is a weak side of england, your goalkeeper, i cant remember a good english goalkeeper in last 10 years,
yes, someone would say it's Seaman but remember how much stupid goals he conceded, but he also had some great years....
you know, if someone is a star, he doesnt have to play first team in your nation , you must first look that you have team work and hapiness in your team, after that, everyone plays better...

and offcourse, change mclaren, omg, wtf has he ever done in his career?? boro made it to finals because they were veery very lucky, they finished bad in premiership and in UEFA cup they got lucky every time , always scores winning goals in 89-90 mins, or sometimes 2 winning goals, i still remember italian forward maccarone, he saved them as well as did Mark Viduka.. croatian Australian player,
i wish that england pass as well as croatia, we dont want another boring matches on Euro with russia and hiddink, i dont like these defensive matches,
only nation which i like who plays defensive football is Greece, they really had luck and i think god gave them the victory because they gave their 200 % of ability and strength on that tournament, Karagounis forever !

Hiddink plays Juventus style, and that is just bad for football fans. They received only one goal, but they are such a boring team. Portugal plays "nice to the eye", as we say in Croatia, and they don't care about the score. Some fans will say: that's bad, and that's the reason they are not going to Euro.
I have out most respect for Scolari for letting players play as they like, and that's what the fans like too. :idea:

P.S. Owen and Heskey are a old dynamic duo...
