um, no?
That's not what it says at all. It says that your teammates should be players that you know already.
Presumably to give you a better shot at playing well together.
Sheesh.

Sorry, but I simply disagree. These folks are all friends who are good players. When they play team games they work as a team; in the rare instance that they play non-team games, there have been no indications that they are working with each other or doing anything else wrong.
The charge is multiple accounts, and that simply doesn't make sense, given the evidence.

Welcome to the clubhouse of uncaring men who don't understand logic as a concept.
Dear Skaterchild3 and wise naysayers, which rule is being broken anyway?
Does this mean that if I raise allegations that you are a multi, that you will be banned - just on the premise that I raise the concern? This is the level of logic that is spoken here. "If someone says it then it must be true."
While we're at it let's have a good old fashioned witch burning!

first off no one will be banned unless very high suspicions are raised! you will however be banned from playing each other because everyone who is replying in this forum thinks it needs to be done! and we are all premium accounts! you cant play in the same games if you know each other because it looks like a secret alliance! its not in open type, buy at your house it is in open verbal chat! Now i understand you all like The CC as we all do! and there is a possibility that you are not all multi's or secret alliances however it does appear that way!!! So i suggest you quit playing in the same games as your friends and do as we all do, play in random games with people you don't know! You are in this forum because you have raised suspicions, and that is all that is needed for a block to be placed in your games from playing with each other!
SO QUIT PLAYING IN YOUR ROOMATES GAMES!
Rule #1: No multiple accounts
Multiple accounts are discovered by routine scans and community cheating reports. They are strictly forbidden whether or not they play in the same games. If you suspect certain accounts belong to the same person, please report it following the instructions at the top of the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum.
Rule #2: No secret alliances
Any form of collusion between opponents must be announced beforehand in the game chat, in English or in a language all players understand. Secret alliances can be hard to prove, but if you suspect one you should leave the players in question negative feedback. If the players have a history of suspected secret alliances consider reporting it following the instructions at the top of the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum.
Read these rules carefully it is what you will be busted for!

Banderaguy! I don't know why you are using exclamation points! But here's my response!
Man, I can't keep that up.
THEY WERE PLAYING A TEAM GAME. There are no secret alliances in a TEAM GAME. That was the game in question! The whole POINT is to be able to work with your allies in a team game. The three in question live in the same town. Should they not be able to play on the same team? Why? They can already type chat messages just to their team. Any team, if they wanted, could use IM or phone calls to coordinate moves.
The accusation was multiple accounts. This is clearly not what you are debating. You've probably got better things to do, no?

First off i have nothing better to do! i have all my nuggets in the next room studying there secret material! and second the only person of higher rank in this shop has left to play golf! So being that i am an arrogant prick in life i also strive to be one here in the cc! And you can say what you want defending them, but ive seen this quite a few times and ive never not seen a block put up! so say what you will and do what you want to do! but it will happen! they are all playing in the same house right! and they sometimes play on the same computer right! well so did everyone else that defended themselves in here! they offered to send in photos of there little brothers, and dads who played with them!
But what it boils down to is this:
It looks suspicious and thats all that counts! dont you have anything better to do?

The problem is....
....they were playing TEAM GAMES.
NOT making "secret alliances."
The accusation here was that they are the same person. They are not the same person, and there's nothing suspicious about merely being a good team.
And I feel that defending my real-life friends Sparky and Joe is pretty high up on my list of good things to do. What's your excuse?

I would be fine if we were not allowed to play games AGAINST each other, because I understand that could seem questionable - but again as Withy has stated (several times to the thickheaded readers) the charge is basically that our team was too well coordinated - because DUH DUH DUH DUH - we took our turns SIMULTANEOUSLY! Anyone to review game logs would see that it was so fast in fact that there is no way we were one person!
Ladies an gentelemen; a logical fallacy! Burn the witch!
> team games just make you the same person!!!

Banderaguy are you a mod? A friend of Tommoo? You seem to be all up in this business, do you have a personal stake in it? If you do, thats fine, I would love to hear it, but as it stands you look like a backseat mod.

Plus this rule you cited, it has nothing to do with the question that was brought up. It has nothing to do with the charge of multi accounts, and does not pertains to this thread. If you want you can file your own ticket, on the charge of Secret Alliance. But on the first charge think that we have defended ourselves far beyond what was needed for the OP's ticket. If you want to accuse us of a secret alliance, then feel free to post with any evidence that you have. The burden of proof is on you, the accuser.
Just to help you out, things that do not constitute proof of a secret alliance:
Playing on the same computer
Knowing each other in real life
Talking outside of team chat, as in person, on a team game in which we are all on the same team.
Playing each other in FFA games
"It looks suspicious and thats all that counts!"
Show me anything you've got, I'd love to see it.

I understand that you guys all seem to have had bad experiences with multis and secret alliances that make the game not fun. That makes sense and I get that.
But to compare us to all of these people who (presumably) are real multis or secret allies is completely baseless on the fact that we quickly won a TEAM game.
The fact that still no one has shown a specific rule that we broke is distressing...especially when the responses are just "you are clearly multis" in response to every bit of logic thrown out.
An opponent in my current game expressed that he had read this thread before joining the game and felt that the charges were unjust and unsubstantiated. This was honestly the first time a player expressed sympathy or at least believed us that we weren't multis.

Oh please. Banderaguy, shut up. It's obvious they are not multi's, and don't have a secret alliance, as they have said, IT WAS A TEAM GAME. Another thing, you are allowed to play on the same computer, but it is advised to prove that they are not multi's. I'm convinced that they have proved, by showing one's myspace, by typing different, and for appealing for themselves. If they play on the same computer, how are they cheaters? It's not cheating. No where does it say "Don't play from the same computer, CAUSE IT'S CHEATING". You obviously has been killed too many times on Halo.
Stop! With the! Stupid! Fucking! Exclamation marks! aswell! Cause, it's fucking annoying!
Hotgun sounds like a perv "Show us your myspaces -wink wink, nudge nudge-"

I would also like to point out that 99% of the time we DO NOT play from the same computer.
Edwin has his own computer and lives elsewhere. I have my work computer and my home computer. Sparky has her own computer. Unfortunately, since Banderaguy is so convinved that we are cheating he doesn't even read the messages that state these things and just makes redundant posts!

Banderaguy has proven himself to be a worthless troll, and is now looks like he is just fakeposting to get attention and a rise out of us. He has no basis for his allegations, and refuses to read any of the facts or dialog. I think if we ignore him he'll either go away or, if we're lucky, get himself banned.
