American Presidential Canidates

Post by Tyr »

who do you think has a shot? debate would be nice but a discussion about this would be very interesting. personally i think if Ron Paul gets the nomination he will win. its just a question of him getting the nomination.

we'll start with the republicans

Not sure yet, still a bit early, but I will have to look into their platforms a bit more and see whom I like the best.

He's not a rightist, fundamentalist, fag-hating, anti-feminist, like nearly every other Republican candidate. Ron Paul perhaps is not most of those things either (except rightist), but he is CRAZZZZZY!

My first two choices are Paul and Giuliani for those reasons too. I'm really tired of the whole partisan thing and for my first election I'll be sure to vote for the least partisan of them, because they'll probably end up doing the most.

Which I view as a good thing.

Since the time I last posted in this thread, I just read in The New Yorker that Giuliani voted for McGovern in '72.
