ive played him too like a month ago! and he creates new accounts over and over again! the mods don't do anything except slap your wrist! its not like a 3rd DWI! but it should or maybe it could be....MODS?

If you are referring to scorpionhawks, yes this account has already been inactivated by wicked. The game that you referred to:
