Why is the walkthrough for new players repeating?

hello,

I think it was a great idea to send messages to new players, to learn them how the game works, but I am having trouble with those messages.
I got the messages myself, although I am no new player anymore. I thought this was just for once.
But I got the same messages again when I played my next game.

Is there an explanation for this, or is this a bug?

Change it under My Settings. Also log off/on b/c there was a previous bug.
