SEC Tournament - Full! - Running -

Ok I'm going to run a tournament that mimics the SEC Schedule for 2007.

Basically it's roughly 8 games in 12 weeks (season starts labor day weekend) with 2 divisions and a title game at the end of the season.

The format will be Doubles with Sequential turns. Home teams will pick the map, fortifications, and cards.

East Division:

Florida (jsmith72, prankcall) classic/Flat/Chained
Tennessee (Demon666, Tonyke) Classic/Flat/Unlimited
Vanderbilt (2-0) (michiganfan22, djt5483) Tamriel/No Cards/Chained
Kentucky (jennifermarie, jeaves46) discworld/no cards/chained
South Carolina (1-0) (aliakber1001, 4 u 2 nv) Alexander's Empire/flat/chained
West Division:
Alabama (1-1) (Rumondo/Jking) Siege/No Cards/Chained
Auburn (MostMackinest/Taxmanjle) Great Lakes/Flat/Chained
Mississippi (0-1) (PlatinumX, kingnikko) Classic/Flat/Chained
Mississippi St. (0-1) (kendoh99, insomnia82) British Isles/Flat/Chained
Arkansas (0-1)(BukuKungFu/NormalGuy) -Seige/No Cards/Unlimited
LSU (1-0) (Mic thebear, djt5483) - Benelux/No Cards/ Unlimited

I know we're new, but goneb4sunrise23 and I would like to play in this tourney. Georgia Bulldogs, flat rate cards, unlimited fortifications, and the home map is the US Senate. We look forward to competing against some of the more experienced players here...

EDIT: Neither of us are premium members. Is that going to be a problem? I would hope not, given that we're only playing one game a week for this league, but if so, we can back out...

Yeah I'll take non-premium since it's one game a week but if you can't start your game in a reasonable time I'll open it to a replacement team.

Only 3 teams to go. Technically the season started today but I'd really like to get this going by Monday or Tuesday.

Sorry to join and cause trouble right away, but what happens when Georgia plays Florida on October 27 in Jacksonville at the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party? It wouldn't be accurate to call either of those teams home, so who gets to choose the map and rules?

Ok need settings for South Carolina.

Good point on the World's largest cocktail party!

We can do this 1 of 2 ways.

1. Whoever has the worst record at the time can choose 1 setting first. Then the other team can choose the two other settings. I. E. If you have a worse record you pick unlimited forts. The other team can choose cards AND map.

2. I can set a default as Classic/Flat/Chained.

Any other suggestions I'll consider as well.

Ok, I have you guys down as an alternate. Mic thebear is already in for his game but D-money doesn't have an opening so if there's anyone who wishes to join in now for d-money's slot I'll open it to first come first serve.

Whoever takes that slot will be Mic thebear's teammate unless they'd rather fill in for 1 game for D-money the choice is theirs.

Tournament is full and running we've got 3 games running thus far catching up week 1 with week 2. I'll open up the next week as soon as teams finish the previous week unless we lag behind the actual schedule then I'll go ahead and open up a game per week.
