I could make this in Power Point. How does it look fine?

Could someone explain four way borders and what the problem is with them to me? Everyone says the one in Indochina was resolved with the revamp, but I didn't notice any difference.

Yeah, I agree...some other maps need it more, but oh well, eventually all will probably be redone :S

How come there is being a canada revamp before a GB one, i dont have any real problemswith the graphics here and the gameplay is good. From what your saying, there is no innacuracy eather, so why this one and not GB?

I believe the British Isles cartographer has specifically stated that he or she is against a revamp. And, to clarify a revamp is not about fixing inaccuracies or changing gameplay. It is about graphics. Fixing inaccuracies would not require a revamp.

I doubt many people have noticed, but a fix was recently made to the Philippines map regard an incorrect name for an area. It doesn't require a revamp. Though honestly that change probably had something to do with cagayan and cayagan being so close in spelling and easily mixed up more so than accuracy.

Sorry to go off topic, just wanted to clarify things.

Well why wont the map-maker fix the innacuracies?all it needs is to change a few names!

In the Canada map, their is only one 4-way border:
Image

Personally, I believe it should be left there, because it is the actual border between the provinces and territories

could you clarify this abit? you need a draft a final version each update or what?

if i send you a draft even if it is of low quality am i in the competition?

or can i send you the final image 5 minutes before the deadline?

how does this work exactly?

Ok, to clear up a couple of points.

1. The British Isles map is being worked on by the original cartographer.

2. The four-way border will have to be fixed.

3. Sending a draft to me via PM is exactly what is meant. It is up to the individual the quality of the draft they send. I will accept updated drafts to provide feedback on if required. The last version I receive will be the version put before the foundry for a vote.

4. What's wrong with the Middle East?

that style of map is the last thing I think of when I think of the country canada.

I very much liked gimils notepad style map with indochina because it made me think indochina.. i'm sad I couldn't vote for it, but canada for christ sake?
