he had a great placement he already had a continent before a dice was trown great placement and my dice were shocking.... GG though he played it really well and had good luck with the dice. I still don't know how he took around 25 armies and 13 territories with only 30 armies

Seems that for a tourney such as this forfeits would be most appropriate. Call them "withdrawn due to injury".
