Suspect users: Risk Lord & Lord of Risk

Comments: check out the game chat - called a alliance within the first round in a 3 man game, followed by a 3rd party jumping in chat to confirm my suspisions.

Any chance of deleting the game (and both of his/ her accounts) as its a waste of time for me and should happen to others?
