Er no...she's dead, hence his pained expression.
Ok, here's a clue: The guy with the attractive 70's porn tash is Donald Sutherland.

I THOUGHT it was him, but I don't recognise the film. I'm going to guess one I haven't seen - Novecento.

No it's not
Novecento , though like that one this film is largely set in Italy- Venice to be precise.

I think I've got it, but I'll give someone else a chance to get it.

Ok, one more clue, then if no one gets it from that, you might as well have a go Stopper.
This thriller, based on a Daphne Du Maurier story, contains a rather graphic sex scene (for it's time) involving the moustachioed one and Julie Christie, that is reported to have been unsimulated - the dirty devils!

I give up...but it was still worth it to see Sutherland with that mustache.

I'm starting to have flashbacks of INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS now. I saw that film as a kid and it still creeps me out. Remember the final scene?

Hehe, just about, it's been a while since I saw it. I don't know what's scarier though, that film or the fact that he was still sporting the same look at least 5 years after starring in the one the quote is from!

Ok, judging by the lack of guesses on this one, I'm going to assume that no one knows it and no amount of clues is going to change that, so blindfolds on for those that want to remain in the dark, it's *drum roll*.........................................................................................................

Well the guy on the right looks like a young Steve McQueen, so I'll go with that classic sci-fi horror flick, The Blob

That looks like David Bowie, so I'm gonna guess "The Man Who Fell To Earth" or something like that.
