Find the secret message! (Over)

Ok, there is a simply trick to this "game". I want to see how many people can find the secret message. The numbers at the bottom will help you find the secret message.

The letters are within the coded area. There are two words and two abbreviations. Below is how they are placed.

_ _ _ _ _ _

If you think you have the answer, PM it to me. DO NOT POST IT HERE! You will ruin the game for other players. If you are right I will post your name on the list at the bottom of this post.

I can give one, and it probably won't help, but it has somethnig to do with s.xkitten... I can't tell you how the numbers work because it would give the answer away... But i'm sure there is someone on CC that has seen something like this before.

one question, does one of the numbers pertain to the letter number with spaces, or letter number without spaces?

But the spaces are not counted.

Sorry to all who have tried to figure this out... I made a mistake that was brought to my attention, but it is all fixed now.
