helpful hint on how to pay if you don't have a credit card..

i enjoy this game so much i'm going to subscribe asap.I don't have a credit card,but i can get a preloaded card to use strictly on the internet.I have read a lot on the subject of deadbeating and probably the best way to deal with it is to put them on your ignore list,or attack the shit out of them!How about limiting the deadbeaters to a max.of 3 armies only ,no matter how many turns they miss.

You can buy the cards at most stores.
The money you pay for it goes on the card.
Then on the internet you use the number on the card you bought and it treats it like a credit card.
So you pay 20 dollars for a card, use that card to pay for a premium, and the 20 dollars you spent on the card is sent to CC.
