You do know that the MODS who were banning me for Months at a time when I was trying to run the Super League do not have the Skills or the Personality to build something even remotely similar never mind as good as the Super League? Anybody who believed them when they said they could need to take a right good look at how gullible they are.

I gave everybody 2 Months notice of it ending. 3 Months have passed since then. I have been BANNED for half of that time. Everyone has heard NOTHING, that tells you all you need to know.

So here is a post from MONTHS ago promising the replacement Tournament that CC have a snowballs chance in Hell of actually delivering. Having brought an end to a Tournament than none of them actually played in:

The moderators are working on continuing the event should that happen. We will do everything in our power not to let something that so many enjoy come to an end simply because of one very unstable person.

I see that Craig has decided to once again remove all the S25 tabs off his google sheet, really not sure what that is about except just trying to "punish" the very players he claims to care so much about. Truly childish behavior.

I know it's not the same, but below is a copy of the sheet I made on May 10th with all the tabs still available.
Super League Sheet from May 10, 2025
As I said when the Super League was still running, Scudding 5,000 games a month. If you are renewing your Premium solely to play in the Super League. DON'T!

chipv is working on the invite system, he is away this week. I will ask for an update when he returns.
Last I knew, he was very close to having it working correctly.

It won't be started until we get it right. Last thing we want is a mess. I am hoping for a mid-october start, it lines up with when the numbers in CC generally start increasing again over the cooler Northern hemisphere months, but it's not up to me, it's up to the tournament team. I'm just around to help everyone out.

Chocolate Chipv is working on the invite system, he is away at the Keebler tree this week. I will ask for an update when he returns. Last I knew, he was very close to having it working correctly, but had to get the fudge issue revolved first.

It won't be started until we get it right. Last thing we want is typical team CC roll out. I am hoping for a mid-2029 start, it lines up with when the mystics anticipate numbers in CC to start increasing again. Now, it's not up to me, it's up to the tournament team. I'm just one of the sane few that they don't listen to, so i'm just around to help everyone out.
Thank you for the update, looking forward to the roll-out (of the super league and the cookies)!!! The black jesus has spoken...-Jesus noir

Chipv and I spoke about his system, he showed me as well. It will not help much with the Super League because it is all 1v1 with different maps. So, you still need to change the input in the excel sheet pretty much every game.

For the record, it is not up to the tournament team, it is up to the Community Team.

The league was fun, but Craig was an insane crybaby diva. I never even talked to the guy, the emails alone were more drama than I had in middle school.

It's too bad his fellow organizers didn't keep it going without the nonsense.

I don't know anything but as a casual observer Craig was only given a month chat ban. He is back now. Of course that blocked him from being able to send messages out about Super League for a month. And yes that is a big deal. But (again as someone who is not a part of super league) he probably could've delegated the messages for the month and kept it going until he got the ban removed. But he went all in, took his toys and went home and it is what it is.

I made fun of him for the countdown to cc extinction posts but with this lag that keeps popping up here and there for the last couple of weeks, and terrible in the last 4 days, I am a little concerned. I've let my game count go down to 9 and don't want to start anything new if it takes 10 minutes to take a turn. I'm sure it will be resolved but cc is an addiction (and a fun one!) but once you get out the habit of it even for a few days... just saying.

Same here. Down to two games. Therefore not renewing won't be a problem.

I also play online chess so I'm playing more.

Real shame. Yep, totally agree that Craig reacted like a child. But maybe that's how he should have been seen and dealt with accordingly.

I'm still surprised that the ban wasn't lifted after the agitator in this admitted that he had done as Craig had alleged and had even apologised for doing so. Even after appeal the ban was still upheld. Kind of like being sentenced to prison, then found to be not guilty but still having to complete your sentence. Yes, he may have reacted badly via messages etc. But that ban should have been lifted.

Sadly, this is all now history as it seems is the best tourni that CC had.

Regarding Teegee's message from this morning:

I will participate in the new super league and have signed up accordingly in the sign ups.

2 requests as the reigning Season 25 Premier league champ:
1. Can the organizers please arrange to have my 3 months of premium credited to my account. I'm still waiting for my prize from June/early July.
2. I really believe to give the new version legitimacy I should be placed in the premier league and given a chance to defend my title.

Thanks,
Wheel

A couple further questions for the new version:

Where will the scoreboard be located? Will it be updated live?
Will rest seasons still be allowed?

I don't have the data - I need the final league psotitions.

If someone has it and can get it to me, I can use it to restore people's league positions, but in the absence of that, we've had no choice but to go random.

Surely it's better than having no CCSL at all.

It will look something like this and is generated live

Yes I don't see why we can't have rest seasons.

I it is possible to place people in same league as CCSL 25 but final positions have been withdrawn so this is the best we can do, that means we cannot do promotions or relegations from last season.

Everyone else randomised.

Better than random, how does this sounds? Need to hear from enough people from the community so please respond if you feel strongly.
