This is a new ladder style tournament.
First phase is winning your regional qualifier tournament.
WInners will advance to their respective Hemisphere tournament.
Winners of Hemi tournament will advance to World Domination tournament.
Winner is the first person to defeat 8 unique opponents
In the case of a tie, head to head record will decide the winner
If there is still a tie, record against common opponents will decide the winner
If there is still a tie, a 1 game playoff will decide the winner.
Only winners of qualifing regional tournament will earn a spot in this phase
Only maps in Western Hemi will be played
Winner will earn

500 CC Credits
Blue Star
Spot in World Domination Tournament
