There is absolutely no strategy with flat rate.
Is sucks when you outplay an opponent only to lose when they are carding for 10 troops all game and you can only manage 4 or 6 troop cashes.

I would trade 4 from 3 cards for 8(or to 10) from 5... In those 2 rounds you can offset a lot, especially with conjunction with other settings.xroads wrote:There is absolutely no strategy with flat rate.
