snapshot guidance needed

Operating System: dell laptop/samsung galaxy phone/ipad
Browser: firefox (on laptop at least)
Scripts/third party programs used: not aware

ive been away for a few years and now my snapshots wont work

can someone walk me through an update of the UI or something else i may not know about?
