The New Conqueror

I would like to personally pass the torch and be the first to congratulate our new Conqueror, Lingfish. My reign was prosperous and long but all good things must come to an end. The highlight was passing the title to the late, universally respected cheffed for a brief time.

Lingfish is an honorable player worthy of the title. He faces players in head-to-head combat on the battlefield and leverages multiple maps and settings. Based on our limited interaction in our new clan together, I can also attest he is very friendly off the battlefield as well.

I know people like to wax poetic on how wonderful the days of old were and we have all these important memories and things that happened “in the good ole days”

BUT

This selfless act will definitely go down as one of my favorite memories of Conquer Club. I won’t soon forget it and it’s right up there with the brightest of moments of the Club

PS - congrats to Lingfish - may you find your own way to make meaningful moments here that are cherished
