Other: He joined HUNDREDS of games (just search for him on games earlier than 23500710), no-showed on all of them, thereby impacting those games for the other players but also tanked his ranking so low (from 2,300 to 300) that now when he plays he is taking an unfair advantage of his opponent.

Really, this is not only abuse but it is unique in the fact that he has impacted hundreds of games and players. It's remarkable.

I searched his handle when I got here and was surprised no one else had complained yet.

Lastly, he is still sitting in a LOT of waiting games. These are games where the players have not yet - but will be - impacted by this. So this is one of those times where you can actually prevent the abuse, to some extent, before it happens.

I use to play speed game against him. I don't remember his rank when Psilos started joining. I guess lieutenant, sergeant or even captain. All of a sudden he was cook. He is certainly no cook. I win more games but lose more pts in total. This spreads to my honest opponents. They gain less pts for beating me. Pts wise it doesn't show my true level if that is important.
