Staged photo ops of Harris sitting at command centers in DC aren’t going to be enough. The people on the ground are complaining about the lack of state and federal support. Thousands of people are stuck in their homes with no running water, food, medicine or way out of the disaster — that’s if the flooding and mudslides didn’t annihilate their homes. The death toll will continue to rise, and it seems like this disaster didn’t become an issue for Harris until Trump mentioned it in his campaign speech. Whether this is true or not doesn’t really matter. The Union Leader has successfully fought the allegations of Mob influence for years. It's the Republican wish to destroy any union who supports workers in collective bargaining.

The contract does not give them a 77% raise in one year, silly Saxi. The union wants a multi-year contract for it's members.

Higher salaries and better benefits in and around large Metropolitan areas.

Rural areas have lousy or non-existant medical facilities, schools, job opportunities and infrastructures. Biden's infrastructure bill is pumping the needed cash to help these poor regions.

TBF, though, the entire Western U.S. is basically just one big national park with Las Vegas randomly dropped into the middle.

This type of map could have been made/manipulated for anywhere with similar results. Just keep adding on most populous counties until you get just over 50%.
For a more dramatic effect they should have broken up large counties like San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Riverside, Kern, Clark, Coconino, Maricopa and Pima. They could have fit almost the same number into half the area.
