Is this second faction more vampires, or werewolves, or something else?
The night is also confusing. Did both scum factions attack Traf, ...or was that second thing some kind of bodyguard?
If traf did get attacked twice, Why? That seems like more than a coincidence.
Btw, could a dead player come back as a vampire/striga? Can town prevent this?
And the striga has heat-sensing and shapeshiftng powers. Is that just flavour or does it correspond with actual PRs?

The information is indeed mod-verified, though no claim has been made about their roles @devante only that they are definitely not part of any scum faction or otherwise corrupted.

So friendly note to mod: I know you are excited about hosting a game but in my opinion, you're sharing a bit too much information. Mafia is a mystery game at heart and we should be left to figure some things out for ourselves. Revealing too much can unfairly tip the balance towards town or scum depending on what is said.
As for the note, as far as I know, Kongs information is accurate. Him coming forward in this manner also favors Kong as town.

You just have to be careful with this as it's very possible at least one of their roles gets "misread" and results Town when they are not in fact Town-aligned. Especially in games like this where everyone gets multiple components to their role.

Getting not just one, but two, town confirmations from one action (?) does sound too good to be true.

Ya Vot that’s one thing I don’t get. Does that mean Traf heard a knock on the doo. Maybe not. Sonic said door knocking was part of gameplay so you need to let him in but he knocked one door then went some where else. Without knowledge of who he then attacked someone else and someone was killed. Although we don’t know whether wolf or vampire did the kill. I’m leaning wolf cause of knocking absence. So I think wolf killed Traf and vampire tried to kill mason bodyguard. That’s what it seems to me.
Skeptic on 3 individuals coming forward as town based on night action. If so just odd to paint targets for scum so easily. Maybe a misread for one but all 3 seems odd. Would be a hell of a mod setup. So maybe 2 are good, maybe all 3, but I can’t see more than 1 being misread and would potentially flow with story. Sonics an overthinker so not unusual to see this complicated setup but now that it’s just game and no more story then I wonder whether things are simpler then they seem. Hmmm

We shouldn't feed scum that info. Keep town favoured informati9n to yourselves. I understand that you could be fooling scum, but if they plan around you N2, we might lose more important townie roles.
We don't know if Traf died because he didn't heed the last D1 advice to just gather in the church, he might have tried to use one of his actions perhaps thinking the worst that could have happened would have been scummification.
What we do have from D1 are;
Players posting about other players/themselves
Players posting about the game flavour
Each should I think be treated separately for the purposes of scum identification/tells.
My take of what happened last night is as follows:
First we are all in agreement we have the following setup:
2 x Vampires
2 x Wolves
9 x Town (Traf is dead, so 8 x Town left).
It seems that a Vampire killed Traf. Then another creature (Wolf) entered, had a fight with each other, Dev entered the room and the Wolf damaged Dev's protective Vest whereafter both creatures ran away.
Kong came up and said that Strike and EW are town, so Kong might be town aligned as well.
Just one question to both Dev and Kong, why on earth do both of you claim so early in the game? Scum will now know what both of your PR's are and that you have a protective vest Dev.
So if all the above is true, we have:
Confirmed Town:
1. Strike
2. EW
3. Kong
4. Dev
The Rest:
5. DDS
6. pmc
7. Vot
8. Loose
9. Fusi
10. Ragian
11. Pixar
12. Charle
If we lynch anybody from 5 to 12 above, we have a 50% chance to hit scum and after that the masons even have a better chance at night. This is if Kong and Dev were telling the truth though.

To be fair, I don't think Kong is confirmed town. He merely said that he received a note which makes this seem like another person's had an action used on Kong. I feel like him coming forward quickly leans for Kong to be town but we should not consider him confirmed town.

I would agree with that, could just be trying to give himself town credit by coming forward.
Also would not give Devante the full town lean as well. Claiming so early is odd, with no pressure. But who knows I've been known to do that as well.
