I click on "begin" and it reloads and I'm back where I started. I try to leave a message in the chat and the same thing happens and my chat comment is not there

Using Chrome, I could only play if the Panel Interface is set to off. If it's on, no map appears for me, just a blank area where the map should be.

Also, the game seems to work fine when I open on Microsoft Edge, just not when using Chrome.

Thank you. I’m using safari and panels and everything seems to be working. So while it might be panel related, isn’t universal.

Again it’s all games? One game? One map? The more details we get the better.

No idea what any of this means. My Chrome was working perfectly last night, but not this morning (Eastern Time Zone). Is there anyone looking into this? I can operate all pages within CC except the games.

As for the comment to disable the Panel Interface, why would we want to do that? The whole point of the Panel is to provide all the info we need to enjoy playing the game.

This is probably just affecting Chrome users using the panel. Until fixed, the only options would be to switch off the panel or change browser to non-Chrome.

I can see Central command but when I click on a game to take my turn it brings up a blank screen. Actually, everything is there EXCEPT the game so its not totally blank. Any suggestions?

This may also be rolling out over time, so not all users are affected. I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. However, I put out an update, that removed the use of MutationEvents... so people should see and report if this made a difference.

It is possible/likely that the change may have some side effects that we will have to patch. Also report on that as you can.

update: i was able to reproduce the issue, by forcibly updating to the latest chrome. also, confirmed that the update fixes it. not sure about side effects as yet.

Great job - it could then be the case that users who have not updated to the latest version of Chrome (like myself) cannot see the issue.

Hopefully you'll get some feedback asap from previously affected users on your site update, as you say, need to see any side effects.

I’ve gotten a report from someone who says in a 1vs1 the drop down has red green AND blue. And the blue territories on drop down are listed as (-1) for troop count

I noticed there is "newsnp" or something like that now showing up in game chats too (~1pm EST) after update

Actually, it seems that a lot of the numbers are messed up. I went to fort some troops, and while it showed a 6 stack on the map, it only had 1 troop shown in the drop down. And, in a Pirates and Merchants game, I had to keep refreshing as the map stats for who held the objective, as they were not showing correctly. While I had stopped the win condition on the map, the map tab still showed it as a win for one of the players.

Yeah, having issues myself. Only showing 1 troop to fort from spaces that have more than that and also the snaps aren't working right. I had no issues prior to this and my Chrome is up-to-date.

my settings are scrabbled , circle whiteness are set for small map on my large maps . it makes the whole map hard to read and i cant fix it

New update will hopefully fix a bunch of issues.

Having to rewire the code to deal with Chrome deprecating part of it... this may take a number of iterations to nail down all the effects.... so keep reporting anything you find.
